Posters and campaigns

Poster campaigns that support your club, not just occupy its walls.

Host relevant campaigns in carefully agreed changing rooms, clubhouses and shared spaces. Grassroot Media handles the campaign, print and logistics, while your club decides which opportunities are right and sees the payment details before anything goes live.

A proven route for clubs

Give relevant campaigns a real place in club life.

Grassroot Media poster frames create a consistent A3 presence in the places teams, members and visitors spend time before, during and after sport. That can mean team changing rooms, corridors, bar areas, lounges and other shared spaces where a message has a genuine chance to be noticed.

For the club, the arrangement is straightforward. We explain the campaign, agree the practical placements, supply the materials and make the proof and payment process clear.

Opt into the campaigns that suit your club

Every campaign is offered with the advertiser, message, dates, locations, requirements and any club payment explained in advance. Your club keeps the choice.

Why the placement matters

Different club spaces do different jobs.

We do not treat every wall as equal. The right placement depends on who needs to see the campaign, how the club uses the space and what will feel appropriate for members.

TEAM SPACES

Useful when a campaign needs a clear, direct presence with players, coaches and regular participants during the routines around training and matchday.

  • Simple, consistent A3 placement
CLUB SOCIAL SPACES

Bars, lounges, corridors and communal areas

Useful for wider club audiences, including members, supporters, parents, volunteers and visitors who spend time in the social side of the club.

  • Broader club visibility
  • Works alongside events and sponsorship
  • Useful for campaigns with a community role

Posters in action

Real poster campaigns in real club spaces.

A selection of Grassroot Media A3 poster campaigns running in changing rooms, bars, communal areas and other grassroots sport environments.

How a campaign works

Clear from the first conversation to proof and payment.

We keep poster campaigns manageable for busy volunteer-led clubs, with no surprises about what is being asked of you.

01

Tell us about your club

We start with the sports you host, the rooms and shared spaces available, and any practical requirements your club has.

02

Choose the opportunity

You receive the campaign details before accepting: advertiser, message, dates, agreed placements, proof requirements and any payment to the club.

03

Receive and install

We supply the A3 creative, frames and fitting guidance where needed. Your club installs the equipment safely in the agreed locations.

04

Send proof and get paid

Send a few close-up and wider photos once the posters are in place. This confirms delivery and supports the agreed payment process.

What clubs can expect

Practical support, transparent arrangements and no forced campaigns.

The partnership works because clubs know what is happening in their space and why it is worth their time.

YOUR CHOICE

No campaign is automatic.

We will explain relevant opportunities, but your club chooses what it is comfortable to host. The suitability of the advertiser, message and setting always matters.

CLEAR BENEFIT

Payment is agreed before delivery.

Where a campaign includes club payment, the amount, number of placements, dates and proof process are set out before you take part. Payment varies by campaign, so we do not make vague promises.

ONGOING HELP

We stay involved after the posters arrive.

Need replacement creative, help with a location, a new proof photo or a question from your committee? Use the same direct contact route throughout the campaign.

Placement, safety and insurance

Simple fitting rules that protect the club, the campaign and your members.

The full installation guide remains available, but these are the essentials for clubs hosting Grassroot Media poster frames.

Host poster frames safely

  • Mount frames at around eye level in locations agreed with Grassroot Media
  • Use suitable shared spaces or changing rooms, not toilets, doors, beneath clothes hooks or external-facing walls
  • Use the supplied screws and wall plugs, or no-damage sticky pads where appropriate
  • Make sure every frame is secure and that it cannot create a hazard for members or visitors
  • Contact us before moving, removing or replacing an agreed campaign placement

Your club is responsible for safe installation and use. Grassroot Media does not attend site to fit poster frames, and supplied hardware remains the property of Grassroot Media.

Build value around the campaign

Use posters as one part of a wider club support plan.

Poster campaigns can bring paid opportunities into the club. Clubhouse screens can help make your own sponsors, events, room hire and local messages more visible day to day. The Club Support Resource Library can help you package that value properly.

Questions clubs usually ask

Clear answers before you say yes.

Do we have to accept every campaign that is offered?

No. Each opportunity is opt-in. We will give you the campaign details before it runs, and your club can decide whether the advertiser, message, dates and suggested locations are right for your environment.

How much does a club get paid?

That depends on the campaign, the number of agreed placements, the campaign duration and the proof required. Where payment is available, the amount and process are set out clearly before the club accepts the campaign.

Where can poster frames be placed?

Frames are normally placed at around eye level in agreed changing rooms or communal areas. They should not go in toilets, on doors, underneath clothes hooks or on external-facing walls.

What proof do you need from us?

Usually a small number of close-up and wider photographs showing the poster and its location. We will confirm the exact requirement for each campaign, and these pictures help support the payment process.

Can our own sponsors use the Grassroot Media poster frames?

Grassroot Media poster frames are normally allocated to the agreed campaign. For more flexible day-to-day sponsor visibility, ask about a clubhouse screen, which gives the club its own airtime for local messages and advertising.

Who owns the frames and who is responsible for fitting them?

The frames remain the property of Grassroot Media. Your club is responsible for installing them safely using the supplied guidance and for letting us know if a frame is damaged, moved or no longer required.
